Black Cohosh
 - provides isoflavones and other constituents that help support a woman"s health during this phase of her life.

Black Walnut (Juglans Nigra) -  is a powerful astringent and anti-fungal herb that may be used for expelling worms, parasites, candida, canker sores, cold sores, fungus, tuberculosis, herpes, and eczema and has a mild laxative effect. High elemental iron content.

Bladderwrack - is a source of iodine, a mineral that the body requires for thyroxine production. Thyroxine is a hormone which helps regulate our metabolic rate. This is why many people take bladderwrack to support a healthy metabolism.

Blessed Thistle - Historically used as a supplement for nursing mothers. Blessed Thistle is included in European tonics. Used as a healing agent in religious monasteries during the middle ages. Blessed Thistle (Cnicus Benedictus) is traditionally used to increase lactation, fevers, indigestion, diarrhea, anorexia, circulatory disorders, blood purification, liver ailments, gallbladder disease, lack of appetite and lung diseases.

Blue cohosh -  has been used in connection with amenorrhea and dysmenorrhea.

Boswellia -  is believed to help joint conditions*, a result of Vata and Kapha imbalances. This product pacifies Vata and Kapha Doshas.

Burdock Root -  is used as a food and medicine in cultures all over the world. It is traditionally used for skin disorders associated with adolescence. Burdock Root (Arctium Lappa) has been traditionally used as a blood purifier, diuretic, stimulates bile secretion, sweating, gout, liver and kidney ailments, rheumatism, gonorrhea, abscesses, acne, boils, chicken pox, eczema, psoriasis and poison oak/ poison ivy.


Butchers Broom - contains a mixture of steroidal saponins which produce a vasoconstrictive effect.Butcher"s Broom (Ruscus aculeatus) is naturally rich in flavanoids, has anti-inflammatory action, improves circulation, relieves fluid retention, strengthens capillary walls, tightens veins, enhances circulation to brain, hands and legs, and may be beneficial for atherosclerosis, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, spider veins, arthritis, rheumatism, carpal tunnel syndrome, urinary problems, weight loss, constipation, and kidney and bladder health. Popular in Europe for improving circulation in the legs, 

Cascara Sagrada -  is an effective stimulant laxative. This product generally produces bowel movements in six to eight hours.

Cats Claw (Una de Gato, Uncaria Tomentosa) promotes and enhances immune system function, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, and anti-rheumatic activities. Cats Claw has been shown to help arthritis, allergies, candida, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, gastritis, ulcers, cancer, cleanses the intestinal tract, and hormonal imbalances.

Catnip - Naturally promotes relaxation.* Well-loved by cats and prized by traditional European and American herbalists, this member of the mint family has long been used for a variety of soothing and supportive health benefits. 

Cayenne - increases the power of all other agents, helps the digestion when taken with meals, and arouses all the secreting organs. Whenever a stimulant is indicated, Cayenne may be given with the utmost safety, and should have first consideration. It is indicated in low fevers and prostrating diseases. Cayenne is non-poisonous, and there is no reaction to its use. 

Celery Seed - Celery has been used to improve digestion and liver functions. Celery is often used to alleviate water retention.  It has a stimulating effect on the kidneys to promote urine flow. It also promotes perspiration which may help with weight loss when water retention is a problem. Celery may help reduce blood pressure if the cause is water retention. Has a calming effect on the nervous system. Both stems and seeds of celery have been reported to help balance acidity in the body.

Chamomile - as a reproductive tonic: Chamomile can alleviate menstrual cramps and bring on a delayed menses due to nervousness. Chamomile is of great help to parents. It can be drunk by nursing mothers to relieve gastric distress and restlessness in babies. It infuses quickly and can help calm irritable children and promote relaxation in parents. It also promotes restful sleep, so needed for health and vitality. Often included in herbal formulas for reproductive pain. Indicated when a reproductive disorder such as cystitis or yeast infection is stress related. Naturally promotes relaxation.

Chickweed  - has been used in connection with Eczema, insect stings and bites.

may help remedy kidney disorders.

Damiana (Turnera aphrodisiaca) - an aromatic perennial shrub native to Mexico and the Southwestern United States, has been used, traditionally by herbalists as a tea.

Dandelion - is valued in many cultures for its safety and effectiveness. Traditionally, dandelion root has been used to support a healthy appetite and may help with colon health. This unwelcome inhabitant of lawns is actually quite beneficial for the body. American Indians combined the Dandelion Leaves with the roots to brew a healthy herbal tea.

Dong Quai (angelica sinensis) - Used extensively throughout the Orient particularly by women for menstrual concerns. Dong Quai is one of the most important herbs in Chinese medicine. It has also been used as a flavoring in Oriental dishes for centuries. Dong Quai (angelica sinensis) has been used traditionally for female gynecological ailments including painful menstrual cramps, hot flashes, insomnia, irregular menstruation, menopausal symptoms, amenorrhoea, anemia, bruising, constipation and should be avoided during pregnancy.

Echinacea - is native to North America and has an extensive history of success in the Western world for it"s use for supporting the body"s natural defenses. Also known as purple coneflower,

Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) - has immune enhancing, laxative, and diuretic properties and may be helpful for flu, colds, rheumatism, syphilis, constipation, fluid retention, colic, diarrhea, colds, coughs, bronchitis, nerve disorders, back pain, urinary tract inflammation, asthma, and fever.

Elecampane - has been used in connection with Asthma, Bronchitis, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Cough and Indigestion.


Eleuthero (Siberian) - has been scientifically tested in Russia, then made famous by their athletes and astronauts to enhance energy and stamina . It is also widely used througout Asia


Eucalyptus - has been used in connection with Bronchitis, Cough, on Low back pain, Rheumatism (topical use), Rheumatoid arthritis (oil, topical),Sinus congestion and Sinusitis.


Eyebright - has been used traditionally for the treatment of eye fatigue and disturbances of vision since the middle ages. According to the old text of the "Doctrine of Signatures" the purple and yellow spots and stripes of eyebright resemble bloodshot eyes, which was an early indicator the plant"s intended herbal use.


Fennel seed - is historically used to aid digestion and sweeten the breath. It is used in many European cough remedies because of its reputation for loosening phlegm. Fennel (Foeniculum Vulgare) is a carmative herb that may be used for colic, gas, indigestion, intestinal disorders, assimilation, nausea, flatulence, lactation boosting, morning sickness, sedative, gout and weight loss.


Fenugreek (Trigonella Foenum-Graecum) - has been suggested for allergies, bronchitis, high cholesterol levels, diabetes, digestive ailments, emphysema, intestinal gas, headaches, lung infections, mucous congestion and skin eruptions.

Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) - may be helpful for treating and preventing migraine headaches, preventing blood clots, easing arthritis inflammation, menstrual problems, muscle tension, pain, colds, flu, fevers, digestion disorders, promoting menses and stimulating uterine contractions. Best results are obtained with continuous use. everfew helps maintain normal blood vessel tone.

Fo-Ti - is used as both a medicinal and an ornamental plant. Fo-Ti is considered one of China's four greatest herbs. TOne of the most widely used medicinal plants in Chinese medicine. Traditionally used as a tonic the Chinese frequently use Fo-Ti on an alternating basis with Ginseng. Fo-Ti (he-shou-wu) has been used traditionally to produce longevity, fertility and vitality and may offer protection against high blood pressure, hardening of the veins and arteries, reducing arterial plaque, easing menopausal symptoms and darkening pre-mature gray hair. Known in China as He Shou Wu, 


Garlic - has been used medicinally for thousands of years. It can help maintain healthy triglycerides and cholesterol levels, suppporting heart health. Studies suggest that Aged Garlic Extract and its constituents may provide nutritional support for healthy cardiovascular function, including homocysteine, cholesterol, blood pressure, and stimulating circulation, all while inhibiting oxidative damage in the body. In a study of 734 subjects, homocysteine levels were found to be highest in subjects with the lowest intake of folic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin B6.

Ginger (Zingber Officinalis) - is a carmative herb suggested for gastrointestinal upsets, nausea, motion sickness, colds & flu, indigestion, gas, muscle pains, menstrual pain, colon disorders, hepatic complaints, rheumatic and circulatory complaints.

Gymnema Sylvestre - is an Indian herb known for centuries. Gymnema leaves have been used for centuries in the traditional Indian system of Ayurvedic medicine. The term Destroyer Of Sugar is traditionally used for Gymnema because chewing the leaves blocks the taste of sweetness.
